In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 , of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our website ProHire.Me, which can be accessed through the URL http://www.prohire.me (hereinafter, "ProHireMe") is managed and operated by the company GLOBILES, SL, domiciled at C/ Jarama, No. 6, Madrid , CIF B - 85760809 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 26988 , Folio 120 , Page M - 486 270 (hereinafter , "GSL").
1. Public to whom ProHireMe is directed
ProHireMe is directed to members of the general public who demand information and advice on the activities and services developed by GSL, through the web, all of them related with advice in the labour and recruitment activities.
The contents offered through ProHireMe are published for information purposes so they can never be considered as contractual documents nor documents which generate obligations and rights between GLS and Users, except as, provided in the "Terms of Contract of Services".
Access to the contents offered in ProHireMe does not imply any guarantee by GSL regarding the suitability, completeness, correctness or timeliness thereof, which are made available to Users through ProHireMe. Users are informed that some contents of ProHireMe are provided by third parties, the accuracy and completeness of which cannot be verified by GLS. Therefore, any liability by GLS for these contents is excluded. However, GLS will use its best efforts to keep the information correct and updated, correcting incorrect or inaccurate information.
By using ProHireMe, Users acknowledge and agree that GSL is not obliged to confirm the veracity of the information you supply, and Users agree to provide at all times true and complete information to GSL.
GLS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuity of the functioning of ProHireMe or any other application present in or related ProHireMe which may be operated by a third party. GLS reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to it or any of its pages in case of technical failure, required or advisable technological changes, or maintenance or improvement, as well as the right to cease operating ProHireMe. In any case and whatever the cause might be, GLS does not assume liability of any kind on these issues.
GLS will not be held liable for damages resulting from computer viruses that could be produced.
Users agree to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through ProHireMe and not to use them for/to (1) illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith activities and against public order activities; (2) disseminate content or propaganda of racist, xenophobic, illegal, apology of terrorism content, or that violates human rights, (3) causing damage to the computer systems of GLS, (4) introducing or spreading computer viruses into GLS computer or any other systems that are capable of causing any damage, (5) develop activities that have to do with breaking the compilation of contents or decoding unauthorized content.
Access to the web, generally occurs in a free way, except as provided in "Terms of Contract of Services".
The Web "ProHireMe" has been created and is managed in accordance with the laws applicable in Spain, including in particular those relating to the Personal Data Protection, Information Society's Services and Electronic Commerce and Intellectual and Industrial Property.
3. Links to and from other websites.
GLS may include in ProHireMe links to others websites owned by third parties. Such links are included directly by GLS or its suppliers or contractors, as GLS understands in good faith that at the date of entry thereof, these links may be of interest to Users. However, GLS assumes no liability in connection with the operation and/or compliance with law by those websites, neither in respect of acts or omissions of those who operate the websites, or subsequent changes in the content thereof. GLS can neither guarantee that the content provided by these external websites are legal or provide services of adequate and required quality.
However, GLS will use its best efforts to avoid and/or remove any link to a site whose content show messages about illegal activities, xenophobic and which might breach the principles of freedom and human dignity.
The presentation of this website in a window on a different website using the technique called "framing" is prohibited without the express consent of GLS.
The inclusion of any content distributed through ProHireMe on another site, other than including it by using the technique called "in-line linking", is also prohibited, without the express consent of GLS.
The establishment of hyperlinks in other websites directed to the home page of ProHireMe, or if applicable, any other internal page ("deep link") of ProHireMe is authorized, provided that the corresponding pages appear in a complete window and under their respective IP addresses, on condition that the third party who proceeds to establish the hyperlink assumes full responsibility and risks for so doing.
5. Intellectual and industrial property rights.
The User expressly and properly acknowledges and agrees that all Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights on each and every one of the elements integrated in ProHireMe including without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, images, graphics, designs, sounds, videos, databases, software, flow diagrams, source code in any format, presentation, "look-and -feel" and underlying technologies and procedures, belongs to GLS and/or its licensors and/or technology providers, with all content, products and/ or services subject to the provisions of the Spanish and international legal standards regarding Intellectual Property protection. Any violation of the provision established in this section will be considered a breach of the rules on Intellectual Property, which may result in a civil and/or criminal claim.
GLS recognizes the importance of information security for the proper functioning of ProHireMe, and therefore has adopted and will maintain at all times reasonable and appropriate security measures, always complying with the provisions of current legislation on security measures for files which contain personal data. Also, GLS uses software for virus detection (commercially available) to control all the content that integrates ProHireMe.
Similarly, in case of conflict between the parties, the determination of which administrative or judicial authorities will be appointed will be established in accordance with current legislation at the time.
